Marriage Uncorked
St. Mark’s Marriage Ministry team (under the leadership of Mike and Yolanda who attended our second Parish Marriage Missionaries Formation Weekend) ran their first ever “Marriage Uncorked!”
If you are familiar with “Theology on Tap,” it is like that, except for Married Couples—a night out at a local restaurant with a guest speaker. This time it was held at BJs restaurant and the guest speakers were Chris and Rich Codden from Minnesota. Chris is the Family Life Office Director and a Consultant to the USCCB Committee on Laity, Marriage, Family Life and Youth. They spoke about the promises we make on our wedding day.
It was a great evening! It was the first, but hopefully not the last, of its kind! Great job St. Mark’s Marriage Ministry team!
