Senior Advisors
Cecilia (Ceci) and Deacon Joseph (Joe) Cooley were part of the founding team of Annunciation Ministries and serve as Senior Advisors. Joe and Ceci married in 2000 and became involved in marriage ministry in 2004.
Joe is a computer scientist (working in computer security) with a Bachelors of Science from the University of Minnesota and a Masters of Science from Dartmouth College. He was ordained a permanent deacon for the Archdiocese of Boston in 2016.
Ceci holds a Bachelors of Science from the University of Minnesota and works as a molecular and cellular scientist developing therapeutics for the pharmaceutical industry. She serves as a member on the Boston ACTS Mission Board of Directors desiring to spread the Love of Jesus Christ and build up local communities through ACTS retreats, missioning and ministry.
Joe and Ceci have extensive experience serving and leading in many various ministries including marriage ministry; youth ministry; Baptismal preparation; ACTS retreats; “Unbound” ministry; lectoring and choir–to name a few. Their love for the Lord and His Church radiates through every aspect of their lives.
