Invitation from the Vatican
We were honored to be invited by Cardinal Kevin Farrell, Prefect of the Dicastery for Laity, Family, and Life, to attend a two-day meeting to discuss affective sexual education for high school aged students in light of Amoris Laetitia. We were among 25 delegates from all over the world (Austria, Benin, Brazil, The Czech Republic, England, France, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Lebanon, Spain, etc.). The gathering was simultaneously translated into English, Spanish, Italian and French. It was such a gift to be among such faith-filled people from all over the world and to be a part of this gathering. It was also wonderful to hear the Dicastery speak of the urgent need to help our young people understand the truth and meaning of human sexuality. Plans are underway to provide some resources to families at the World Meeting of Families in Dublin in August 2018. We are keeping this important work in our prayers and ask you to pray for the work as well.
